< a further prediction | posted at 9:42 pm on June 04, 2003 >

i checked one of my email address's personal information, and suddenly my name is sarah loo.

that's right, loo. since i got returns for 'undeliverable' spam emails, i think someone found my password/hacked into my account and started spamming people (clothesaregoodATnakedisbetter.com is a great porn spam address don't you think?), and for a little bit of amusement changed my last name to 'loo', as who checks their personal information after they've confirmed it? fucker!

on another note, on the work infatuation note, i was walking back to the office after lunch with my good friend the accounts girl, who (after some context, mind you) said 'no, you know my prediction, this year, you'll get together with someone you met through work.' (she said this on saturday night at the dinner party, i didn't mention it as more interesting things happened). then she adds, 'i have a further prediction, do you want to hear it?' i reply, tentatively, 'what?' and she grins and replies, softly, '[insert infatuation name here].' again, all i could do was admonish her name embarrassingly and ask why she thought such a thing, all the while brushing it off as silly (but not too silly, you don't know who she's talking to!)... *sigh*... there's no proper answer for that is there?

so we have now established that the comment of saturday night (in former diary -- FYI 'what about YOU and [name]???') wasn't just a passing comment, but some sort of conclusion in her mind... now the only thing is to find out why she thinks this without giving myself away.

gawd, too much trouble. now, to start on that 3000 word essay due in a week.

oh, ps. - editor is very happy with my article - no, not that editor, the female one - thank god - i was scared i wrote it shit. but she 'loved' it. gweat!
