1. i got my pay rise today, i don't know how much but hope for the same as last time, as in, the same amount of increase.
2. i leave for vietnam next wednesday, so i miss many a christmas party (including our own) where i would have gotten happily drunk.
3. i saw in the cut yesterday and thought it very good, one of those films that really affect you. it really affected me. and turned me on.
4. which is why i am looking forward to the party on saturday, where i want to pick up. will be left quite unsatisfied if don't - though it is unlikely, judging by attendees.
5. drank six cups of tea today.
6. have no money left. broke as all hell.
7. had odd conversations today.
8. reading perfume by patrick suskind. just finished middlesex by jeffrey eugenides - highly, highly recommended (any book that moves you to tears twice is a powerful book, i say).
9. i will be in the beautiful halong bay on my birthday.
10. oh yeah. and the mags came back and they look like shit. we are very unhappy.
